Poems and Poetry

Send In | A Poem by Robin Wyatt Dunn

The brilliant boule of youth
shuddered and obtuse
milks yeast from out your eyes to see:

and what these messages entail are these:
we wait for thee to say
the name across the page
the limitless expanse of dreams — and come what may–
we’ll drink the lyric fruit of everything:

this exists within
after bending in
to say

how do you do

how do you do it world
